Tell me about my shipment options!
We ship using Priority Mail with a flat shipping and handling rate of 7.00. Faster shipping is available by request and varies from 15.00 up - depending on how fast you need it and where you live.
UPS is only by request and will cost more. As will overnight (20.00 and up)We sometimes default to UPS for larger orders.
***we are not responsible for delays caused by USPS backup*********If delivery is confirmed, but you did not receive it, a full payment is required to place the order .

1. How can I talk to someone about my order? Is there a phone number? While orders have to be submitted in writing they may be discussed over the phone, and we understand that sometimes it is easier to talk to a real person and we welcome your calls. We do ask that you be mindful of our family life and choose to call during 7:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. EST Monday through Friday . Our number is 864-723-7883.
2. How do I pay for my order? We offer a few methods: you may pay via Paypal using cash, check or credit card. You may also send us a money order or check. Paypal is the fastest payment choice and is protected by SSL Technology. We do not take credit cards directly.
3. Do you have a return policy? Due to the nature of our product, we do not accept returns. If we make a mistake, then we will replace the item ....but you must provide proof that what you received was different from the proof you approved. Proofs are very important since you are ordering electronically. Our best advice is to make certain to ask plenty of questions. If you approve a proof - it is not returnable/replaceable unless the item that arrives is different than what you approved. We will need to have the item returned or a digital picture of the error before proceeding.
4. How protected am I by ordering from you? Very! We do not share your name or email addres with anyone. Also, any personal information or directions you suppply us for printing will not be printed or shared. And, when you sign up for our newsletter or other promotions, we do not share this information with anyone. Because we personally only take money orders, we never see your financial information from Paypal. Your personal address
will be used strictly for fulfilling your order and shipment of your product ONLY. |

1. What happens once I order? So Glad You Asked! We fill orders in the order of payment received. Once payment has been received (and cleared) we will begin to work on a proof of your order. This mockup will be sent to you via email. We do ask that you check your spam folders or add us to your email list so that there will not be a delay in the process. 2. How do I get my information to you for personalizing my goodies? Each item comes with different options, so if you forgot to choose something or changed your mind - Just send us an email with the updated details.
3. Got it - I received my proof: now what? You need to respond to the proof we email you as we would like to have your approval before we print! We will wait for 4 business days on a response from you and then we will ship your items without a proof approval. To make certain you get your proofs, you can add our email to your address book, you account will allow our emails with pictures inside. The email address is cutecatdesigns@aol.com
4. I like my proof but want to change fonts; How do I do that? Easy! Just refer to our Fonts Selection in our Store. Click Here!
5. Is it going to cost me to change fonts or colors? NO! Unlimited revisions are our service. We are not happy until you are. Keep in mind that there are some designs whose color cannot be changed.
6. Okay, I approve! How long until I receive my stuff? We ship within 48 hours of proof approval and most of the time sooner. (excluding Holidays) We ship Priority Mail which can take from 2 - 7 days depending on your location (we are in South Carolina) It pays to order all you may be thinking about at the same time to take advantage of our 6.00 combined shipping fee for all you buy.

7. I approved my proof and then realized I made a mistake! If we have not printed your order, then we are happy to make changes free of charge. If you order has been processed, then unfortunately, you will have to repay for the order (minus shipping if not shipped). If the order has shipped, then full payment would be necessary to receive the correct order.
8. My event is in 2 weeks: Help! We do offer Rush Orders, but usually are on a 1 week schedule. If you absolutely must have it, we will try to accomodate.....but it is wise to plan ahead for Holiday and Party Ordering. Especially during the Holidays, we suggest allowing 2 weeks to receive your order. For Invitations we recommed ordering 3 weeks before you are to mail them out.
9. I found an invitation I love, but need to change all the wording. Do you offer help with this? Absolutely! Our samples of invitations are only a suggestion of how they will be used. Many of our invitations will work for many occasions and We would be thrilled to customize the wording as well as the font and color to showcase your event. All you need to do is ask!

1. I love your stuff! But, I don't want it personalized - Can I have a discount? No, Sorry, but since our personalization is free, what you are paying for is our time, the design and the convenience of service.
2. I love my Note Cards I bought and would love matching labels and enclosures...but I don't see them...Can you do them? Most of the time yes! In our store you will find a category called Store Specials. We have listed every format we sell in a custom purchase. That means you buy the item you need and then tell us the design you would like! If you want something and don't see it, please ask! This service applies to any existing design you see in our store.
3. I received my darling folded notecards, but the design was only on the front - was this a mistake? No - unless the item description says so, the design will only be on the front of the card. HOWEVER, we DO offer front and back design choices in almost all of our designs. You will need to request this - preferably prior to paying. There is an additonal fee for each set of foldover note cards. Please ask for the set you are interested in.
4. I don't see the design I need - can you help? Absolutely! We love custom requests. Please ask and we would love to work with you! In most cases, only the cost of the product will apply.
5. I am buying some of my items for gifts - Can you ship to the recipient? Yes! If the only thing you purchase is to be a gift, then your one shipping charge will apply. We also would be happy to ship any other items for an additional shipping fee. Combined shipping does not apply to shipping to more than one address per order.
6. Can you send me a catalog? We do not offer a printed catalog.
7. I own a store and would love to carry your products! Thank you! We already sell in a few local boutiques and a few websites, including our main site (this is a branch of Cute Cat Designs). Email us if you are interested.
8. I would like a fill-in note on one of your designs - How do I do that? Just specify it as part of your personalization request at no additional charge. This is only available on flat cards or invitations. If you need us to list one for you, just ask!
9. I ordered early for my invitations/announcements. Can I get my envelopes before my invitations/announcements?
Yes, we are happy to mail these for you for an additional 3.00 charge. You must request this service before paying or the charge is 5.00.
10. I would really like to buy a sample! We currently do not send samples. Our price for samples would be nearly the same price for the actual product since the bulk of our pricing is for our time. It is adviseable to purchase one of what you are looking at for a sample. Once purchased, our customers always come back! |

1. I see some designs in some other places....are all your grahics your own? Thanks! Not all of the graphics here are drawn by us. We utilize a few freelance artists as well as PCCrafter artists. A list of our artists may be found below.

1. I noticed you said you do 2 and 3 piece invitations/announcements/cards...but I can't find them. Where are they? We currently only list these as customer's request the. Typically, these are invitations that are made of 2 or 3 pieces of paer in various sizes and shapes pieced together with a ribbon or decorative brad. They range in price from 3.00 to 7.00 each depending on the design. Available to be listed by request only.
2. I have a design I would like printed. Do you offer this service? Yes, we will be happy to do this for you but with some conditions. To ensure legality, we must be assured that you are sending an orginal design or have permission from the artist (we check). You cannot just copy something from the internet and ask us to print it. In some cases, there may be an additional charge.
3. Who are your artists? Our artists/sources include: Cute Cat Designs, Whimsical Paperie, Kim Johnson, H.
